One of our trained consultants will visit your property as a typical guest or shopper. They will investigate and identify any strengths or shortcomings using a range of set criteria. The guest/shopper experience will be scored on a number of questionnaire items, which will be customised to suit your required standards, and taking account of any particular areas you have identified as requiring investigation.
You will be provided with a detailed report outlining the findings, and a set of recommendations for any follow up action or training that may be required.
