We offer a full range of Food Safety/HACCP courses for chefs or food handlers, which can be delivered on-site and cover all statutory requirements in the area of food hygiene. Our courses include:
Our Occupational First Aid Course is delivered over 3 days, with an examination on completion of the course. Successful participants qualify as Occupational first Aiders for a period of 3 years, after which a refresher course is required.
Our 3 hour manual handling training session is valid for a period of 3 years, after which a refresher course is required.
